A morning exercise routine

So Gary took Bella out this morning and was gone for a really long time. Aleece got up and was wondering where her "baby love" was hiding. They didn't come in and they didn't come in. Aleece was worried that she had gotten away from her dad and he didn't want to come in and tell us that she ran off. No, I knew that didn't happen!

Yeah, he got waylaid out on their walk. Our neighbour was out with her dog, Scotter...Bella's best friend! She has two friends...Scotter and Bo. While Gary and Pat were chatting, Bella and Scotter were running around in circles playing.

After awhile, she collapses! She goes and goes until she just can't go anymore.

We both exercised today!

Mornings

Bella still sleeps in her kennel at night. Gary says when she turns two which is on January 21, she will be able to sleep in our room at night. She will be a "big girl" then!
I'm usually in the shower or just getting out when Gary gets her up and takes her outside to do her "business". She comes barreling in to our bed room and if the bathroom door is closed she just keeps pushing into the door until I open it for her or until she opens it herself!
She patiently waits for me with her toy of choice not far away. She wants me to play. Most mornings I have the time. I throw her toy and she runs and brings it back to me. Only it's a game...she doesn't just drop it at my feet, she wants me to chase her to get the toy from her. It's all great fun and a wonderful way to start the day!

What she does best

I know when you see that sweet little face, it is hard to believe that she is so naughty! Trust me!

A great life!

It was suggested that a blog be started to chronicle the antics of our puppy. She is a naughty dog that we love very much. She came into our lives around March 10, 2008. We had to put our beloved Holly down around February because she was very sick. It was sad. i did'nt really think I would want another dog but I did.
Bella is polar opposite of Holly. Poor Holly would turn over in her grave is she saw some of the things that Bella gets away with and how we treat her.
Bella has more toys that Holly ever had.
Of course, Holly came along when the girls were little and my primary concern was them. I had no time for a dog. Gary cared for Holly.
Now, as a semi empty nester, I have time to shower my attention on Bella. Buy her toys. Play with her. Love on her. Enjoy the unconditional love she gives me.
So, stay tuned for more post about our life with Bella.
